LIT (Leader-in-Training) Program Special one-week Leadership Program The LIT Program is a week-long educational program that is designed to develop organizational, planning, communication and child care supervision skills. In this program teens will develop leadership skills through training, observation and practice. the end of the week LIT’s will have an opportunity to work 1 on1 or 1 on 2 with younger campers and lead them in activities and supervise them on a playground. L.I.T.s will also participate as a group in teambuilding, archery and a field trip to do a high ropes course. Here are just a few of the training modules provided for C.I.T.s: • Program planning and leading activities for younger children • Health and safety • Time management, being prepared (organized) • Communication with adults Price: $335 Grades: Rising 8-9 Week 6: July 15 -19 (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM)
