Are you a former CNA and currently "inactive" on the state registry? Apply to the Registry for reinstatement and take your exam in Sullivan. Once you apply to the State of Maine CNA Registry for reinstatement and are listed as "pending reinstatement" on the Registry website, you can take your recertification test. The recertification cost covers both the written test (100 questions, multiple choice) and the skills assessment (5 skills done with an RN clinical instructor).
