Please review all dates and schedules carefully before registering. Due to the securing of production rights, staffing considerations and supply needs, refunds for theatre production programs are considered much earlier than refunds for other programs.
FULL REFUNDS FOR THEATRE PRODUCTION PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE UP TO 3 WEEKS BEFORE AUDITIONS. A 50% REFUND MAY BE ISSUED UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE AUDITIONS, UNLESS A REPLACEMENT PARTICIPANT IS FOUND, IN WHICH CASE A FULL REFUND MAY BE GRANTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER AUDITIONS, AS STAFFING, PRODUCTION RIGHTS AND SUPPLIES ARE SECURED IN ADVANCE BASED ON REGISTRATION. REFUNDS ARE CONSIDERED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AND GRANTED AT THE DISCRETION OF ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF.Age Group
