Join Yampatika and the Tread of Pioneers Museum as we explore Hutchinson/Legacy Ranch on snowshoes and inside the cozy and warm historic Ranch House. Snowshoes are included on-site or bring your own. The 45-minute snowshoe tour focuses on geology in the Yampa Valley. We'll then head inside to warm up with hot tea or our hot happy hour drinks and hear a local speaker’s presentation. Legacy Ranch has limited parking so carpool if you can and be sure to park close together onsite! Time: arrive by 3:45 PM to get checked in. Due to the presence of alcohol 21 + only, please. Distance/trail: we will cover less than a mile of a flat meadow Cost: A $10 deposit will be refunded for attendance. If you do not show up, you will forfeit this deposit.
