You and your STEAM Team have been selected to serve as hosts for the groundbreaking Slimetopia: Diners, Drive-Thrus, and Dives reality experiment! Prepare to embark on a nationwide expedition to investigate the chemistry, texture dynamics, and sensory science behind America’s slimiest culinary creations. From the polymeric elasticity of In-and-Out Burger Slime to the colloidal composition of Tex-Mex Slime, the biopolymer viscosity of King Cake Slime, the emulsion stability of Clam Chowder Slime, and the thermal phase transitions of Peach Cobbler à la Mode Slime, our campers will conduct a hands-on exploration of ooey, gooey gastronomy across the United States in this hands-on, very active STEM camp.
