Our adult Wing Chun Kung Fu program offers structured, traditional training focused on practical skill, mental clarity, and long-term development. Classes are designed for adults (14 & up) of all experience levels and emphasize efficiency, awareness, and consistent progression. Both in training and in everyday life.
