Rules and Regulations1. Spaces are 10 ft. x 10 ft. Items cannot exceed this space. This will be strictly enforced. Failure to do so will result in additional fees.2. Registrations must be completed online or in person only.3. Spaces will be assigned alphabetically the day before the event.4. One table and two chairs provided.5. A shaded space is not guaranteed.6. Food and beverages are prohibited from being sold at this event.7. Material deemed inappropriate by City of St. Petersburg staff members are prohibited from being sold at this event.8. Setup: 7:00 a.m. the morning of the event.9. Breakdown time starts promptly at 1:00 p.m. and is not to exceed 3:00 p.m.The City of St. Petersburg is not responsible for any items left at the park.10. Registered yard sale participants are responsible for removing all remaining items (no exceptions). Failure to do so will result in a additional fees. Do not place remaining items in the trash.11. Cancellations must be requested no less than 72 hours prior to the event date to be considered for a refund.12. If circumstances arise causing cancellation of the event, participants will be notified 24 hours in advance. Participants will have the option to attend the event rain date or receive a refund.13. The City of St. Petersburg reserves the right to remove a participant due to non-compliance of yard sale rules and regulations.
