Ferkile’s Taekwondo is dedicated to the development of self-confidence, discipline, and self-control in all students, by helping them set, reach, and achieve their goals. Each student will be provided with the support and guidance to prosper within and beyond the walls of the Do Jang. Classes include self-defense techniques, practicing Poomsae, performing kicking exercises, and focusing on cardio work.
