The ingredients are sent out Friday before class. The day of class you'll get a reminder (including the ingredients again), and the Zoom link will come 30 minutes before class. After class you'll get the final recipe and replay after the class to keep forever! All recipes are plant-based and focus on packing as many nutrient-dense ingredients in as we can - but with taste as a top priority!
