This initiative provides a wonderful opportunity to explore the beautiful Grand Concourse Trail, promoting health, wellness, and community connection. These trails are wheel chair accessible, and are accommodating of people of all abilities. This program promotes overall well-being and helps individuals build a stronger relationship with their community.
