This interactive workshop helps nonprofit leaders better understand the co-operative model - not to turn your organization into one, but as a set of tools that can support the social issues you're already addressing. At this facilitated workshop, participants will learn about three co-op models (worker, opportunity development and buying/shared services), how they are used in practice, and explore real co-op opportunities in the Tri-Region that could reduce costs, increase collaboration, or address shared community challenges.
