Ages 8-15 years. Try the art of springboard diving! Participants will learn proper posture, timing, and technique, with a strong emphasis on safety practices integrated throughout the sessions. Join a dynamic and secure learning experience while gaining foundational skills in springboard diving. Prerequisite: All students must be able to swim 20 yards of freestyle with bilateral breathing in deep water.
