Description

Review practical techniques for getting up from the floor and develop a personal strategy that fits your body and needs. Learn what to practice regularly and how to prepare to get up if you are not yet able to do it independently. Come prepared for an active session. Participants will have the opportunity to practice on the floor, but it is not required.
