Woodburn. The Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival is held annually at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm in Woodburn. From late March through early May, visitors can see millions of tulips across 40 acres of fields. Additional attractions include craft and food vendors, a hot air balloon launch, a steam tractor, a winery, and a gift shop. Bring a meal or purchase food.
