Eugene. Explore the Willamette Confluence Preserve and Turtle Flats on a small bus tour with McKenzie River Trust and Friends of Buford Park. This 1,400-acre preserve showcases rare habitats in the Willamette Valley, including river corridors, floodplain forests, wetlands, upland oak woodlands, and native prairies. Bring a bagged lunch and water, dress for the weather, and consider bringing a portable chair. An ADA-accessible toilet will be available halfway through the tour. Registration is required.
