Willamette National Forest. Start this hike with a short walk to view the spectacular 286-foot Salt Creek Falls, just off Highway 58 on the way to Willamette Pass. Then continue over a bridge, past Too Much Bear Lake, and to Lower Diamond Creek Falls, a fan-shaped, 100-foot cascade. A 3.5-mile moderate hike with 400 feet elevation gain. Bring a sack lunch.
