Description
Ready to Start Strength Training—or Get Back to It?
Start here with training the right way:
Whether you are brand new to lifting, getting back into a routine, or looking to continue building strength, this program is designed for adults at every starting point.
Strength training isn't just about lifting heavy weights. It's about building confidence, improving mobility, supporting your body, and creating strength that helps you feel better in everyday life.
If you're taking GLP-1 medication or experiencing weight loss, strength training can be an especially important part of supporting your muscle and maintaining your progress.
No experience necessary. No intimidation. No need to be “in shape” first.
You will move between the floor and a bench throughout class and use a variety of dumbbells for different exercises.
We'll start where you are, learn the fundamentals, and build from there—one strong step at a time.
Your strength journey can start today.
