The last day for Internet Registration was Jul 12, 2026 11:59 PM.

Williamson County Parks & Recreation offers Pool / Splash Pad birthday parties for children ages 0 - 15 and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Full payment is due at the time of registration in order to reserve the space and book the party.

Registration includes up to 25 children and 25 adults and should be made in the parent's name.
Cancellation Policy: WCPR requires at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation in order to receive a refund. No refunds will be given with less than 48 hours’ notice.
Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather for outdoor pool parties scheduled, prior to the start of the party, you will have the option to move the event to the Indoor Pool (only available at Franklin & Longview facilities), reschedule the party, or cancel the party. If the party cannot be rescheduled and is canceled prior to the scheduled party start time due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund (issued via check in accordance with County policy). Once a party has started, no refunds will be made.
