Students in this class will have access to 3-D printers to print their own designs or things that they have found premade online. The classroom has 12 Bambu Labs A1 printers, 1 Bambu X1C printer connected to exhaust, 1 Bambu P1S printer, 1 FLSun T1 Pro Printer, and 1 AnyCubic Kobra 3 Max (Large) printer. The instructor will give a short mini lesson at the beginning of each class on more advanced topics such as how to build for usable stressed parts but most of the time in this course will be open access to printers to print what you want. Students will be given a link to purchase filament and the cost of the filament will range between $13 and $50 depending on color choice and style. This course requires that you have completed the 3-D printing primer class or get approval from the instructor for those who already have 3-D printing experience, especially with Bambu Labs printers.
