STRIDE FOR THE KNIGHTS 5K

Join us for the inaugural Stride for the Knights 5K on November 22, 2026, at Southington High School! Come run, race, or wrap up your running season while supporting the Southington Track & Field teams.

The race will start on the track and take you through the wooded cross-country trail on the Southington High School campus, before bringing you back to a fast finish on the brand-new track.

Whether you’re looking to put a final stamp on your cross-country season, cap off your fall racing calendar, or simply enjoy a fun and challenging 5K, Stride for the Knights is the perfect way to finish the season strong.

We’ll see you at the starting line!

Registration and swag pick-up is 8:30-9:30am

Future Knights Fun Run is 9:30am

5K is 10:00-11:30am

Awards 10:45am

Course is on the Southington High School Campus

Parking will be in the main parking lot at Southington High School
