In this course students will learn the fundamentals of water safety. Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning different benchmark skills. Students will explore different techniques to help them be comfortable in the water. Breath control, floating, rolling over, and stroke introduction are just a few of the skills being offered in this course. This class is for adults that have not had basic swimming experience in the water.
