Description

This competition is sanctioned by the Lifesaving Society. Event rules will be in accordance with the 2025 Edition of the ILS Competition Rule Book, The 2019 Edition of the Canadian Competition Manual, the 2020 Edition of the Ontario Competition Manual and any 2026 Communiques.

Competitors must hold a current Bronze Medallion or higher and be a registered athlete.

Senior Age categories are: 14-15, 16-19, Open and Masters

Events will be:

Monday: Oceanman/woman (P-F) (ski, board, swim)** Mixed Ocean Relay (P-F) Surf Ski Race (P-F) Board Race (P-F) Surf Race (P-F) Board Rescue (P-F)

Tuesday: Beach Run - (P–F) Beach Sprint (P–F) Mixed Beach Relay (P-F) Beach Flags (P-F)
