Description

The discussion will focus on Tickborne diseases, including the prevention of and personal protection measures for tick bites / tickborne diseases. A basic introduction to tick biology will be given as well, with information on local infection rates and tick surveillance efforts across Allegheny County and the state of Pennsylvania.
