Description
The Wisconsin Bureau of Consumer Protection will offer a brief history and overview of Artificial Intelligence (AI) leading up to today’s complex Large Language Models (LLMs). The presentation will explore the pros and cons of AI and how this developing technology impacts consumers. Additionally, the presentation will cover modern threats, specifically how generative AI has empowered scammers to expand their reach through deepfake videos, convincing phishing scams, and more. By the end of this presentation, attendees will be better equipped to navigate an AI-powered world with caution and curiosity.Parent/Guardian must initial for anyone under 18 years old. Permission is granted for my son/daughter to participate in the above activity as it was discussed in agreement with the South Milwaukee Recreation Department. I understand that neither the South Milwaukee School Board nor the South Milwaukee Recreation Department assumes liability for payment of medical-hospital expenses, which may be incurred by myself or the person on this form while participating in any activity, but said I would assume liability for the duration of the activity.
