Come out for a fun relaxed evening of a non-competitive fun run/walk. This years event is talking place in May which is Mental Health Awareness Month. We will be running at dusk to light up the scene with glow sticks as we run/walk through the surrounding neighborhoods and on East's campus to spread awareness for mental health.
Because this is a fun event we will not be keeping official times, but will have a running clock at the start and finish line.
You are welcome to join us after the race for after race snacks and a community events with local vendors that promote wellness both mentally and phsyicall. It is our goal to promote socialization and positivitity in a community envorinment in making positive connections and relationships. The connection of the physical body has a great impact on our mental well being as does connecting with each other in our community. Our sponsors will be at the event so that they can be resources in our community for both mental and physical health.
Register by April 30th to guarantee your race shirt. Walk up registration is available after April 30th on the day of the event. Cash or check only for day of registration.

There is no packet pickup prior to the event
Registration and packet pick up on the day of the event is from 6-7:30pm
Please arrive 30 min prior to Race start time to allow for proper warm up and pre- race specifications.
Run/walk course will be on campus as well as the surrounding neighborhoods of South Lyon East High school (We will not be on any main roads, and will not be crossing 10 mile).
Please park in the student athletic parking area near the auditorium/ softball fields/ tennis courts
Dress for the weather, bring any additional lighting (Flashlight, headlamp). We will have some Glow sticks at registration pick up.
Bring extra clothes for the remainder of the evening for enjoy the Heat lamps and vendors.
