Description

A slow, gentle practice that focuses on holding poses for longer periods of time to support joint mobility, flexibility and relaxation. Poses are mostly seated or reclined with props used to create comfort and stability. Accessible for all levels, the class offers a calm, grounding space to slow down, relax, and restore. Please bring a mat.
