A HIIT Circuit style workout using six or more stations, that engages all muscle groups. Participants will leave feeling better than when they entered the room. On average be prepared to burn approximately 300-500 calories. This class is beginner friendly but suited for all fitness levels. Modifications will be made available to those who may need adjustments. Instructed by Chanette Hawkes.
