Learn how to cast on, knit and purl, and read a pattern in a fun-filled and creative atmosphere. All levels and individual projects are welcome. This in-person, six-week session allows Vicky to help guide you through the development of your project. No prior experience required. You'll need a skein of light-colored Red Heart Worsted Weight yarn and a pair of knitting needles (size 7 or 8 is best). No class 11/11 & 11/25. Vicky Vaughn happily shares her life-time enthusiasm for knitting with its many benefits for our brain, body, and social health. Having taught knitting for 15 years, she credits being a slow learner with making her an encouraging, patient teacher, one who believes that learning something new invites many lessons instead of mistakes.
