Seated Tai Chi is a chair-based practice that combines flowing upper-body movements and breathwork. The exercises promote relaxation, flexibility, relaxation, and mindfulness. No prior experience required. Dianne Mros, M.Ed. is an experienced educator with endorsements in elementary education, reading and writing specialist, special education, and learning disabilities. She is a Reiki Master and certified tai chi for health instructor. Dianne also has certifications in TJQMBB and Mindfulness.
