Description

Registration is now open to all for 16 more classes! Join Ula Naszynska-Spitzer at the Multi-Rec Centre Track on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am-10am for a class that will teach you exercises, tips and tools to prevent falls from occurring and what to do if one does happen. This program is intended for adults ages 60+ who are at risk of falling and would benefit from a fitness class designed specifically to support fall prevention!
