This program is designed to educate students on how to perform emergency rope rescue at the technician level. The curriculum is designed reference the NFPA 1006 and 1670 standards. During this class students will learn and be required to demonstrate proficiency in technician level skills including: rope use and knots, anchors, rope systems, and performing rescue operations using low angle, steep angle, high angle, and highline operations. This course is IFSAC eligible.
