This course is designed to provide students with a complete understanding of HEV Vehicle Response and Hazard Management. Students will receive highly interactive instructional periods to safely identify and engage with HEV’s in all potential hazard conditions. Practical Exercises allow students to perform shutdown procedures, HEV system orientation and HEV extrication techniques. Students will have the opportunity to train and cut on actual hybrid vehicles. Instructor: Energy Security Agency Prerequisite: None Equipment Required: Full PPE, SCBA, and Eye Protection
