NFPA 1403, Standard on Live Fire Training Evolutions, involves specific requirements for pre-requisite training, evolution planning, development, implementation, supervision, and management oversight, monitoring, and records management of the live fire training evolutions in acquired structures, training center burn buildings, and a variety of exterior fire evolutions. This course will provide students with an introduction to the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to properly prepare and conduct live fire training evolutions. The course includes an in-depth review of the 1403 Standard, addressing evolutions in acquired structures, gas fire training buildings/props, and exterior props.
