This course is based on NFPA 1041: Standard for Fire and Emergency Services Instructor. It is intended for the Instructor who is ready to assume a leadership role by moving into the upper management level of his/her department and wants to develop the knowledge and ability to develop comprehensive training curricula and programs for use by single or multiple organizations; conduct organizational needs analysis; and develop training goals and implementation strategies. The course is blended learning, with only one class meeting. Access to a computer with internet is mandatory to complete the course. This course is IFSAC eligible.
