This certification course prepares Hazardous Materials Operations Level responders to detect, monitor, and sample hazardous materials safely and effectively. Students will learn how to evaluate concentration, dose, and exposure limits, while gaining hands-on experience with common detection and sampling devices. The course also covers equipment capabilities, limitations, and proper maintenance, giving responders the tools they need to make informed decisions during hazardous materials incidents.
