No character is complete without a costume, and this camp invites campers to dive into the exciting world of costume design. Campers will explore the history of costuming and discover the important role costumes and costume designers play in bringing a production to life. Through hands-on group, partner, and individual projects, students will sketch costume ideas, design outfits for fantasy characters, and create imaginative costumes using recycled materials. This creative camp encourages collaboration, artistic expression, and a behind-the-scenes look at theatrical storytelling. We encourage campers to pack a nutritious snack and a refillable water bottle to camp each day.
