This ASA is perfect for students who want to build endurance, improve running skills, and have fun along the way. We'll start with a walk to Triangle Park, stretch our muscles, and set personal goals as we run laps at our own pace. Along the way, we'll focus on pacing, perseverance, and celebrating progress. Please dress for the weather and bring a healthy snack. For our final session, we'll walk to the village and treat ourselves to a well-earned ice cream cone!
