Description

We're sorry, but this sub-activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, December 20, 2025.

These students will be introduced to the basic concepts of dance (ballet). The class focus will be on the development of gross motor skills, coordinative skills and ballet basics/terminology. In addition, students will have an introduction to tap and rhythm. Dance attire is recommended, but not required. Ballet shoes are encouraged. Children should bring a pair of hard shoes from home (buckle shoes or "dress-up" shoes) to use for tap. All items (ballet shoes and "hard shoes") must be kept in a small backpack or bag.
