This activity is closed to further registration.

This class is taught by swim instructors in training. These lessons are to be used as extra swim practice for this level. Participants will not receive badges or report cards as Instructor Candidates are not yet certified to provide formal feedback.
Swimmer 1
Recommended age: 5-12 years.
These beginners will become comfortable jumping into the water with and without a PFD. They’ll learn how to open their eyes, exhale and hold their breath underwater. Floats, glides and kicking skills are introduced.
