Enjoy a low-impact Aquafit class in the warm Leisure Pool designed to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and range of motion. This class is suitable for participants of all fitness levels and is an excellent option for those who are preparing for or recovering from joint replacement surgery, as well as anyone looking for a gentler approach to water exercise.
