This class is designed to prepare rising sophomores for the rigors of sophomore Collegio. Students will refresh and develop their critical reading and writing skills, focusing on individual student needs. Together, we will prepare for a successful start to the first novel of the year - A Tale of Two Cities - by reading a graphic novel version, using this text as a platform for in-depth analysis in both a literary and historical context. Additionally, as part of this two-week course, students will practice research skills and build understandings that will help them in preparation for Model UN.
