Join us in the Queenax Studio and learn how to properly use the TRX! TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. Using gravity and your own body weight you will build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and core & joint stability. A TRX workout is scalable and can accommodate many fitness levels. (Please note, using the TRX requires basic grip strength, and stability at the shoulder, elbow, and wrist. This strength & stability will be built throughout the session, but a TRX workout is not suited for those with existing injuries in those areas.)
