About this event
**WE MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 10 CHILDREN FOR THIS CLASS TO GO AHEAD - GRAB YOUR FRIENDS! Parkour and the Art of Movement is the ability to move fluidly through your environment from one place to another. In this class, we pair parkour with Social and Emotional learning (SEL) where children will learn to safely progress through basic movements of: jumping, vaulting, climbing, swinging, balancing, and rolling while also developing lifelong skills of self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, empathy, and responsible decision making. This class builds strength, balance, and coordination all while safely growing the kids' ability to engage and conquer their environment, as well as overcoming obstacles both physically and mentally.
