Yoga Nidra combines deep relaxation & meditation to recharge and revitalize the human body/mind/spirit. At its deepest level we go beyond the mind, rather than IN the mind. You simple let go, follow along to a beautiful place of peace. 40 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent of 4 hours of deep sleep. It is a gift to yourself.
