Description

Celebrate Earth Day with a peaceful and creative evening! Participants will start by planting their own succulents in small pots to take home and care for, learning about plants and the environment along the way. Then, we'll move outside for a relaxing outdoor yoga session, connecting with nature through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and fun movement.

All materials for planting are provided, and yoga is suitable for all abilities. Come ready to plant, breathe, and enjoy a calm, nature-filled experience!
This program is geared towards those with neuro and or physical diversities.
