Description

This is a 6 Hour CE class and is good for 3 hours of Contact Law and 3 Hours of Real Estate Legal Issues. In the first section we focus on Residential Listing forms which you will use when representing clients who are selling their home. The second half of the class focuses on the purchase contract, procedures and practices which will help you be more confident in representing your client in the purchase or sale of their home. By having a greater understanding of this information you will be able to provide a higher level of service, reduce misunderstandings and costly errors. This class meets the requirement of the 6 Hour Contract writing/Boot Camp class to accompany the 90 Hour Pre - Licensing Course. Class will be held from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm and will then continue from 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
