Description
This is a 1.0-1.9 NTRP rated adult Tennis Lesson at Scottsdale Ranch Park. This is an adult beginner group tennis lesson. This lesson does not require a rating for registration.
Players will learn the basics of key strokes like the forehand, backhand, serve, and volley, along with essential footwork techniques. Players will also practice rallying to build consistency, gain an understanding of court lines and scoring, and learn the fundamental rules of the game. The lessons also emphasize sportsmanship and proper court etiquette, all while participating in drills and games that make learning fun and engaging.
REFUND POLICY: There is a $10 administration fee for any lesson withdrawal at SRP. A pro-rated credit will be issued up to and including the first lesson only. If you are planning to withdraw prior to the first tennis lesson, please withdraw from the course using your online account.
Tennis racquet preferred, however racquets are available for check-out at the tennis center. Check in at the front desk for lesson court assignment. Please contact SRP at SRPLeagues@ScottsdaleAZ.gov with questions regarding this lesson.
