This is a cardio lesson at Indian School Park, 4289 N Hayden Rd.
High cardio and conditioning tennis class is for all adult students wishing to burns some calories while conditioning your tennis game. This lesson requires a 2.0-4.4 rating for registration. This class is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, exercise stations and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout.
REFUND POLICY: There is a $10 administration fee for any lesson withdrawal at ISP. A pro-rated credit will be issued up to and including the first lesson only. If you are planning to withdraw prior to the first tennis lesson, please withdraw from the course using your online account.
Tennis racquet preferred, however racquets are available for check-out at the tennis center in exchange for a valid ID. Check in at the front desk for lesson court assignment.

There is a $10 fee for any lesson withdrawal. A pro-rated credit will be issued up to and including the second lesson only; no refunds after the second lesson are issued.
