By registering for this program, you are committing to attend a minimum of 8 practices, and committing to compete in the Special Olympics Arizona (SOAZ) Topgolf Competition.

Current SOAZ Medical Forms must be submitted to AdaptiveRecreation@ScottsdaleAZ.gov prior to the first practice on May 19.
