Description

This two-day beginner adaptive dance class is designed to encourage participants to explore movement, creativity, and self-expression. Participants will discover different ways to use their bodies and explore movement through simple, everyday actions such as walking, reaching, turning, and clapping.

In the second class, participants will learn a short choreography that incorporates the movement elements and creative ideas they explored during their first class.
The goal of this class is to create a fun and welcoming environment where participants can build confidence, express themselves, and discover that dance can be created from movements they already use in everyday life.
